Returns/Refunds

Unfortunately, we do not do refunds on any item due to each item being free style handcrafted, which is what makes L.M.R. bowties unique. Please understand wooden items are made to order and once the natural wood grain is coated the product may not come out exactly like the shown image. However, if you have a gift item that is damaged and it was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you may return it. Email littlemensroomllc@gmail.com with the " RETURN ITEM #" on the subject line. Once the returned item is received, we will notify you and inspect your reason for your return, and let you know if approved or not. If approved a gift certificate for the value of your return will be mailed to you.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (littlemensroomllc@gmail.com) if the item is damaged with no notification from us or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
We only exchange defective or damaged items. If so, please send an email to us at littlemensroomllc@gmail.com with the " ITEM #" on the subject line. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspect your reason for your return, and let you know if approved or not for the exchange.
